The event is broadcast LIVE online from Minneapolis, Minnesota and includes virtual Watch Parties hosted in homes and churches by ministry friends, partners and anyone who shares the vision.
Through REACH Together initiatives and the giving season, we are coming alongside caregivers in families impacted by disability to encourage, share hope and provide wellness support. When caregivers are thriving, whole families are strengthened.

5:00 pm — Pre-Show Gatherings & Fellowship Meal
Mingle and get ready for the program, visit the online Silent Auction and enjoy some food! Create your own menu, potluck or pie buffet. Feast on social connection, food and fun. Meet some families impacted by disability and hear their stories about how God is impacting them.
6:00 pm — REACH Party & Local Watch Parties
Our host welcomes you LIVE from Minneapolis and the show begins! Stories and musical performances will uplift, educate and inspire you to action. Stream the show to your own screens for your local crew of family, friends and neighbors. Tickets will be available soon for those who can join us at the Broadcast location in Minneapolis! (Seating is limited.)

Enjoy the fun of our online Silent Auction and support a great cause! Win the chance to put a pie in the face of a WRIM founder or Board member and bid on various other great items. Bidding opens September 1st, 2025 and will continue until the Watch Party closing bell rings at 7:00 pm Central.

Ways to Participate
Watch REACH Party 2025 Online
The majority of REACH Together participants will view the REACH Party Broadcast from their homes with family and friends. Groups of all sizes can host from homes, churches and other unlimited locations. Very limited seating is available at the Broadcast site in Minnesota. Hosts in local communities register your Watch Party to receive a planning guide and tools (e.g., flyers, hosting tips and other shareables). RSVP to host a Watch Party and get your customizable invitation and planning tools today.

Local watch parties are a key strategy for increasing the impact of the REACH Together 2025 campaign — a great way to help raise awareness, encourage partnerships and share hope. Families impacted by disability are multiplying strength and hope! Want to be part of making great stories like this happen? Consider a role on the REACH 2025 Volunteer Team! There are various opportunities to serve — before, during and after the event itself. Roles include event ambassadors, prayer team, chat hosts, on-site tear down crew, and thank you note writers. What is the REACH Together?
REACH Together is an initiative spearheaded by Walk Right In Ministries to build awareness and come alongside caregivers in families impacted by disability with hope and wellness support. We celebrate the stories of caregiving families and create an opportunity for the community to partner in thanksgiving, prayer and connection so that, together, we can reach more families around the world. The REACH Together giving season helps to fund special projects and operating expenses while also providing more than $20,000 in scholarships each year.
What happens during REACH Party on October 11th?
REACH Party kicks off a season of thanks, awareness and generous giving. People from all over the world watch a LIVE Broadcast from Minnesota and celebrate together with music, community connection and stories of God’s goodness among caregivers and their families impacted by disability. Whether from their own living rooms or gathered with friends or church groups, people gather for local Watch Parties to learn, be encouraged and become inspired to do life and ministry together. Who is the REACH Party for?
The broadcast is free to everyone, everywhere. Walk Right In Ministries invites people across the world to come learn and celebrate the vision: to encourage, equip and empower caregivers in families impacted by disability so that entire families and communities are strengthened and reflect the goodness of God.
I don’t live near the Broadcast site. What do I do?
Most participants will view REACH Party 2025 online from a personal device or host a Watch Party to view the livestream with their household, friends, church or community. Learn about Watch Parties.
What is the end goal of REACH Party 2025?
Our ultimate vision is to encourage, equip and empower caregivers in families impacted by disability so that entire communities are strengthened and reflect the goodness of God. We hope the REACH Together initiative encourages, educates, builds connections, inspires advocacy and raises support for resources offered through Walk Right In Ministries.
Is there a schedule?
The livestream begins promptly at 6 PM Central and will last about 45 minutes. Watch Parties are encouraged to begin gathering about an hour early to mingle and get ready for the show. A complete schedule and more ideas for local Watch Party hosts are provided when you register. Please RSVP here!
Is there a ticket price?
There is no cost to host a Watch Party and watching the online REACH Party is FREE. Viewers are encouraged to partner in giving, but donations are optional.
Can I host a Watch Party?
Yes! Watch Party hosts receive tools (e.g., flyer invite, schedule, tips for success) and a flexible livestream link. As a Watch Party host, you will be able to stream, pause or rewind the event from any time zone, when it works best for your group.
Can I share my own story?
Yes! Your story matters and we LOVE stories! REACH Together season features stories from caregivers all over the world who are learning and growing, experiencing hope and thankfulness as part of their family. You can write it up, share a photo or even upload a selfie video recorded straight from your phone! Share your story here.

Who benefits from partnering with Walk Right In Ministries?
Walk Right In Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping caregivers in families impacted by disability walk abundantly in life, faith and relationships. WRIM offers free online support groups as well as caregiver consulting and counseling services for all members of the caregiving family. Services are provided by credentialed individuals with first-hand caregiving experience to ensure relatable and reliable resources. Additionally, the “Walking Partner” Leadership Development Program provides training opportunities for caregivers wanting to grow in equipping as mentors, coaches, counselors or group facilitators. Through these initiatives, Walk Right In Ministries strives to ensure that caregiving families impacted by disability or long-term health concerns find a haven for hope and wellness.
