When someone in your family is experiencing disability or some other special needs, it can be difficult to move toward hope and purpose alone. Finding Glory Groups are a way to connect with others who understand. Your group becomes a place to explore the Bible’s answers to your questions and enjoy faith-based fellowship together.
The Finding Glory Group curriculum is organized in six (6) core sessions, with an optional seventh session for reflection and relaxed fellowship.
The curriculum is designed to be flexible and “recyclable” so that your group can choose to repeat the 6-week cycle as many times as you like. Several discussion questions are provided for each session so that you can customize conversational themes according to the specific needs and interests of your group.
While appreciated by people from a range of life experiences, the Finding Glory Group curriculum is especially popular among those facing disability, illness and caregiving situations.
Finding Glory Groups provide a structure for you to make discoveries and experience fresh encouragement.
—— Understand how your situation fits into God’s larger story.
—— Find purpose, reassurance, encouragement and confidence in your challenges.
—— Work through grief.
—— Understand what the Bible has to say about the challenging circumstances of life.
—— Build a support system for yourself and others.
—— Face the future with hope!
