Walk Right In Ministries seeks partnership with organizations who share our passion for special-needs families, family caregivers of all generations and Christ-centered communities of belonging.
Will you join this team?
Walk Right In Ministries is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)3 non-profit charity. As an interdenominational ministry, we operate with complete independence from any church. We do, however, have supporting partners who stand with us in vision, prayer and financial partnership. We are grateful to God for donors, corporate sponsors and mission partners who entrust resources to this organization.
If you are someone who has been encouraged by Walk Right In Ministries, please tell us your story. We get excited to hear how God is working. Personal stories are a gift of encouragement to our prayer team, leadership team, volunteers and financial partners, all who appreciate hearing what their support means to you!
Families touched by disability are almost always very stretched financially. People only pay what they are able to pay. When they connect with us to pursue a training, counseling or discipleship relationship, we offer a sliding-fee scale or suggested donation. Ultimately, no one every gets turned away.
Please consider sharing this mission field with us through your own prayers and financial support. You can make a simple donation online or contact us about other creative partnership opportunities. (Benefits of sponsorship are outlined in our Sponsorship Guide, available upon request.)
Our ministry team and those we serve extends a heartfelt thanks to each of our valued partners!
WRIM is a Ministry Affiliate with Joni & Friends.
Joni and Friends is a ministry dedicated to extending the love and message of Jesus Christ to people who are affected by disability around the world. Their mission is to communicate the Gospel and equip Christ-honoring Churches worldwide to evangelize and disciple people affected by disabilities.
As a Ministry Affiliate, Walk Right In Ministries collaborates with Joni and Friends to minister to people affected by disability in the U.S. and abroad while networking with other like-minded ministries to “accelerate Christian ministry to families affected by disability.”
Joni & Friends was founded in 1979. After a diving accident that left Joni in a quadrapelegic state at 17 years old, she grew determined to reach out and help others. Today, Joni and Friends helps meet the spiritual and practical needs of disabled people and their families including Family Retreats, the distribution of wheelchairs and Bibles worldwide to people affected by disability, and church training through local and national disability ministry conferences.
We are proud to share in the passion and work that Joni Eareckson Tada started. We stand in complete agreement that the Luke 14:12-24 mandate of reaching the millions of people affected by disability is accomplished through the Body of Christ working together.
WRIM is a frequent collaborator with Key Ministry.
Key Ministry promotes meaningful connection between churches and families of kids with disabilities for the purpose of making disciples of Jesus Christ. In particular, their mental health inclusion ministry is nationally recognized as a visionary and practical resource.

WRIM is a grateful collaborator with SOAR Special Needs Ministry.
