Larry co-founded Walk Right In Ministries with his wife, Lisa, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is the co-author of Finding Glory in the Thorns and an insightful, relatable speaker on biblical manhood and being a special needs dad. As the primary breadwinner for his family, Larry works full time overseeing finance and technology for a regional sign company. For eight years, he served as a City Champion for Christian Leadership Concepts (CLC) equipping men to be Christ-centered servant leaders in their homes, businesses, churches, and communities. His great passion is discipling men — especially dads — to encounter God, grow as Christ-followers, and engage their world by leading in faith.

Lisa oversees community services and communications for Walk Right In Ministries. She is a certified Christian Temperament Therapist with the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling and holds a professional ministry license through International Ministerial Fellowship. She also trains future ministry leaders as a SACC Certified Instructor of Creation Therapy. Lisa and her husband, Larry, have a growing family with three grown daughters, son-in-law and grandson. They enjoy their home in Minnesota together with their youngest, Carly, who has Angelman Syndrome. In addition to co-founding Walk Right In Ministries and co-authoring Finding Glory in the Thorns with Larry, Lisa’s books include Living Your Glory Story and Jesus, Let’s Talk.

Anthony Peterson serves with Walk Right In Ministries as a Board Member, co-leader of the dad’s Real Talk Connect group and caregiver coach. After 15 years in corporate leadership and healthcare industry experience, Anthony followed God’s calling into ministry. He is now a Licensed Minister and certified Creation Therapist. He holds memberships with International Ministerial Fellowship and the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling. Anthony and his wife, Charlotte, have been married 15 years and have 3 children. Their eldest son, Lewis, lived with cerebral palsy and passed away in 2024 at the age of 8 years old. Lewis has two younger sisters, Bridget and Margaret.

Rebecca Straub serves with Walk Right In Ministries co-leading the Prayer Team and mentoring women. She is a gifted WRIM Walking Partner certified in Christian Temperament Therapy through the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling. She has completed the Beyond Suffering Certificate Program as well as Creation Therapy. Rebecca and her husband, Jeff, have been married 42 years and have three grown children. Their son Josh has Cerebral Palsy. Rebecca has served in ministry for more than four decades in various roles including pastor’s wife, international missionary, mentor, Bible study teacher, prayer leader, and support group facilitator. Rebecca shares WRIM’s passion to see caregivers in families impacted by disability thrive in their faith and relationships.

Charlotte Peterson serves with Walk Right In Ministries as a women’s Walking Partner mentor and occasional Real Talk Connect Group facilitator. Charlotte and her husband, Anthony, have been married 14 years and have 3 children. Their eldest son, Lewis, lived with cerebral palsy and passed away in 2024 at the age of 8 years old. Lewis has two younger sisters Bridget and Margaret. Charlotte is passionate about encouraging moms and hopes to expand her reach as a mentor with fellow caregivers in need.

Brooke provides administrative support to WRIM’s Executive Director and Ministry Team while facilitating a vibrant flow of communication with our clients, partners, and followers. Brooke graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Her past work has included interning with SOAR Special Needs, working in a special education classroom, and being a support coordinator for individuals with disabilities in her county. Brooke has a passion for serving individuals with special needs, and their families, by providing community, encouragement, and the hope of Jesus Christ. Brooke lives in Savannah, MO with her husband Ryan and two children.

Alex is a Minneapolis-based audit senior manager for a global accounting and consulting firm. She volunteers with Walk Right In Ministries as a speaker and regular encourager to families experiencing disability, especially the siblings. She is actively involved in national sibling groups, is a strong advocate for her sister Carly who has Angelman Syndrome, and regularly provides respite for her caregiving parents. Alex is a married mother of a young son and lives with her family in Minnesota

Erin serves as a Walking Partner, speaker, worship leader and frequent advisor to Walk Right In Ministries. Erin loves her home in San Diego, California where she is a Senior Stylist for Jana Ann Couture. She also ministers broadly as a singer-songwriter, worship leader, international speaker and advocate for siblings in families touched by disability. Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Songwriting at Belmont University in Nashville and went on to complete a 3-year ministry leadership program at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Carolyn, best known as “Carly,” represents the vision of Walk Right In Ministries and shares the joy of Jesus with everyone she meets. Since graduating from Maple Grove High School in 2016 and completing three years of transition education, she has been active in volunteering at her church and in her community. She delighted in Young Life Capernaum for 7 years and enjoys participating in the Darby’s Dancers national adapted dance program. As a young woman with Angelman Syndrome, Carly appreciates what it means to persevere through challenges while generously expressing love, compassion and smiles of friendship.
